Ad agosto del 2019 ho iniziato una formazione in Rio Abierto.

Una specie di scuola di vita che usa il movimento, la musica, la drammatizzazione e il rilassamento e il gruppo come strumenti.

Rio Abierto mi sta portando GIOIA, SPONTANEITÀ, LIBERTÀ, UMANITÀ E CONSAPEVOLEZZA di tutto ciò che sono che ancora non ho esplorato e anche delle mie ombre ancora da integrare.

È una formazione che ho conosciuto molti anni fa e quando ho visto che si faceva nella mia amata terra d'origine... non ho resistito.

Il mio cuore è stato chiamato. Ballare mi libera, mi potenzia, mi energizza e rilassa allo stesso tempo e mi rende felice.

Timorosa di riuscire ad organizzare tutto anche con la mia piccolina, cercai comunque soluzioni e vie anche grazie al grande sostegno del mio compagno.

L'ostacolo per finire la formazione, che anche a causa del Coronavirus/Lockdown e un lento riorno al lavoro è il suo contributo finanziario. 

Questa formazione costa 2.652,00 Euro e sono 7 moduli da 1 weekend lungo e 2 moduli più estesi (intensivi) e questo vuol dire aggiungerci vitto e alloggio e viaggi. E per essere un’insegnante competente è necessaria ovviamente la pratica e di osservazione, ore previste nella formazione giustamente… e dato che nei miei paraggi non c’è nessuno che pratichi Rio Abierto non potrò assolvere questo punto se non viaggiando ancora per raggiungere quelle disponibili.

La cifra totale si aggira sui 5.000 Euro - . Un’investimento, che al momento, per me, è irraggiungibile.

…Se non chiedendo aiuto e sostegno alla comunità.

Già i miei compagni e le mie compagne di corso mi hanno sostenuto molto, anche perché il valore di questa formazione sta loro a cuore e gliene sono immensamente grata.

MI AIUTI A COMPLETARE LA MIA FORMAZIONE?

E un'altra cosa: anche Rudolf Steiner (così come altre persone sagge) sosteneva che non dovrebbe la partecipazione ad una formazione non dovrebbe fallire a causa del problema finanziario e quindi diversi istituti e associazioni creano un fondo esattamente per questo scopo:

per consentire la frequenza a coloro che hanno una grande motivazione, ma che non hanno i mezzi finanziari per farlo. Rio Abierto come comunità internazionale potrebbe anche farlo in futuro e questo crowdfunding dovrebbe essere una sorta di lavoro pioneristico per vedere se un tale canale potrà essere utile per gli altri. Io me lo posso immaginare e lo spero profondamente.

Im August 2019 habe ich die Ausbildung in Rio Abierto angefangen. Mehr als eine Methode ist es eine Art Lebensschule, die Bewegung, Musik, Dramatisierung, Entspannung und die Gruppendynamik als "Werkzeuge" verwendet, sich selbst mehr kennenzulernen, sich zu entwickeln und das Potenzial, die Freude und unsere Essenz in Bewegung zu bringen und im Vorschein zu locken.

Rio Abierto bringt mir FREUDE, SPONTANITÄT, FREIHEIT, MENSCHLICHKEIT und BEWUSSTSEIN für alles, was ich noch nicht erforscht habe, und auch für meine Schatten, die noch angenommen und integriert werden wollen.

Es war eine Ausbildung, die ich vor vielen Jahren ganz zufällig kennengelernt habe und als ich sah, dass sie in meiner geliebten Heimat angeboten wurde ... konnte ich sie nicht widerstehen.

Mein Herz wurde gerufen. Tanzen befreit mich, stärkt mich, belebt mich und entspannt mich gleichzeitig, macht mich einfach glücklich.

Ich hatte ein wenig Angst mich nicht so gut organisieren zu können, da ich u.a. eine kleine Tochter habe, aber ich hab's versucht und habe nach Lösungen und Wege gesucht und dank der großartigen Unterstützung meines Partners konnte ich doch die Ausbildung anfangen!

Das Hindernis um diese Ausbildung abzuschließen ist, auch wegen Coronavirus/Lockdown und langsame Wiederkehr in den Beruf, noch der finanzielle Beitrag.

Die Ausbildung kostet 2.562,00 Euro und umfasst 7 Module zu 1 Wochenende und 1 Module zu 4,5 Tage (was zwar für solch eine Ausbildung an und für sich einen eher niedrigen Betrag ist) und dies bedeutet für mich das Hinzufügen von Speisen und Unterkünften sowie für die jeweiligen Reisen. Und um eine gute Trainerin zu sein und zu werden braucht es natürlich Praktikums- und Beobachtungsstunden… Da in meiner Gegend keine sind, werde ich diesen Punkt nicht so konstant absolvieren können, aber wenn, dann sind die Reisespesen natürlich auch dabei. Der Gesamtsumme beträgt insgesamt ca 5.000 Euro - . Eine Investition, die für mich, zur Zeit, unerreichbar ist.

…Ausser wenn ich die Gemeinschaft um Hilfe und Unterstützung bitte.

Schon meine KursteilnehemerInnen haben mich sehr viel unterstützt, vielleicht auch weil sie den Wert dieser Ausbildung ans Herz liegt... Ich bin immens dankbar dafür.

HILFST DU MIR  DIE AUSBILDUNG WEITERZUFÜHREN?

Und noch was: auch Rudolf Steiner (wie auch andere weise Menschen) meinte die Beteiligung an einer Ausbildung soll nicht an das finanzielle Thema scheitern und mehrere Institute und Vereine kreieren deshalb einen Fond genau für diesen Zweck: denjenigen den Besuch zu ermöglichen, die eine grosse Motivation haben, aber halt nicht die finanziellen Mittel dazu. Rio Abierto als internationale Gemeinschaft wird vielleicht auch so etwas in der Zukunft bilden und dieses “Crowdfunding” soll eine Art Pionierarbeit sein, um zu sehen, ob so ein Kanal auch dann für andere nützlich sein wird. Ich kann es mir vorstellen und hoffe dies zutiefst.

August of 2019 I started the training in Rio Abierto.

It’s kind of life-school that uses movement, music, dramatization, relaxation and the group dynamic as instruments.

Rio Abierto is bringing me JOY, SPONTANEITY, FREEDOM, HUMANITY and AWARENESS of all that I have not yet explored and also of my shadows yet to be integrated.

It's a training I got to experience many years ago and as I saw that it was held in my native land ... I couldn't resist.

My heart has been called. Dancing frees me, strengthens me, energizes me and relaxes me at the same time and makes me happy too.

Fearful of being able to organize everything even with my little girl, I looked for and found solutions and ways, thanks also to the great support of my partner.

The challnge I still have to finish this training is, also because of the Coronavirus/Lockdown and slow going back to work, his financial contribution.

The training costs 2.652,00 Euro and are 7 modules to 1 long weekend and 2 longer intensive modules and this means adding food, accommodation and travel. And to be a competent teacher is obviously necessary to practice and do observation work, hours that are counted in the training of course... and since in my neighborhood there is no one who practices Rio Abierto I will not be able to absolve this point if not traveling again to reach those available.

The total amount is around 5,000 Euros -. An investment, which for me, at the moment, is unattainable.

... if not asking for help and support to the community.

My classmates have already supported me a lot, also because they know the value of this training and I am immensely grateful to them.

DO YOU HELP ME TO COMPLETE THE TRAINING?

And one more thing: even Rudolf Steiner (as well as other wise people) argued that one should not fail to participate in a training just because of the financial reason and therefore different institutions and associations create a fund exactly for this purpose:

to allow attendance to those who have a great motivation, but who do not have the financial means to do so. Rio Abierto as an international community could also do so in the future and this crowdfunding should be a sort of pioneering work to see if such a channel could be useful for others. I can imagine it and I deeply hope so.
