Dopo aver perso il lavoro di chef a causa del covid un mio caro amico ha aperto una gastronomia con piatti e dolci italiani all`estero (sud est asiatico)dopo circa 2 anni il negozio e` ancora aperto nonostante le difficolta dovute a una lentissima ripresa.per poter continuare a restare aperto avrebbe bisogno di un piccolo aiuto per pagare alcuni piccoli arretrati fiscali e per poter comprare delle macchine usate per la produzione di una linea di grissini per poi rifornire alberghi e ristoranti della zona.Sarebbe un vero peccato perdere questo piccolo negozietto che porta i sapori dell `Italia dove e` veramente difficile trovare certi piatti.
