Dringender humanitärer Bedarf an finanzieller Unterstützung

Wir sind William und Milly, die Geschichte beginnt im Januar 2019, unsere Arbeit war für uns das einzige wirtschaftliche Einkommen, beide Inhaber einer wunderschönen Spielzeugladen im Zentrum von Bologna (Italien) , leider fangen die Probleme im September 2017 mit einer Reihe von Abwassereinleitungen im Laden an, ab sofort suchen wir die richtige Entschädigung von der Eigentum zu bekommen, einen Riesen in Italien, die ehemalige ** ***** ***, unter dem Namen **** ************** ***. Wir stellen fest, dass wir bei der Versicherung betrogen wurden, dass es im Vertrag stand die wir abgeschlossen haben um uns vor Schaden zu beschützen, aber diese Versicherung existiert nicht, wir erleiden 100.000 Euro an wirtschaftlichem Verlust und es kommt zu weiteren Überschwemmungen und die Schäden nehmen zu.

Wir sind also gezwungen, eine Rechtsache gegen das Eigentum einzureichen, aber die Schäden haben unser Lagerhaus zerstört und damit unsere wirtschaftlichen Kapazitäten zerstört und schon bald, im Januar 2018, können wir den Pachtzins nicht mehr bezahlen. Mitte 2018 sind wir gezwungen, die Mietwohnung ebenfalls zu verlassen und praktisch unter schrecklichen hygienischen Bedingungen in den Keller des Geschäfts zu ziehen.

Der Höhepunkt kommt im September 2018 mit der Räumungsbescheid.

Am 21. Januar 2019 werden wir mit Hilfe der Strafverfolgungsbehörden wie Kriminelle aus dem Lad geworfen, so dass alles was wir hatten, wegwerfen mussten (persönliche Gegenstände, Möbel, Regale, Computer und Waren). Weitere ca. 200000 Euro an Verlust, die zu den Schäden hinzukommen und seitdem leben wir ein bisschen hin und her ohne Zuhause.

Die Rechtsache endet unerwartet am 26. Februar 2020 mit dem Sieg von **** ************** ***, wir sind schockiert, weil dies nicht möglich ist, der ganze Grund liegt auf unserer Seite und wir haben erst im ersten Rechtszug verloren. Jetzt die einzige Möglichkeit um das Urteil zu gewinnen und anzufechten ist eine Berufung einzulegen, würden wir aber gerne mit einer ausländischen Anwaltskanzlei durchführen, da wir dem italienischen, oberflächlichen und korrupten Rechtssystem nicht mehr vertrauen. Aber leider haben wir keine finanziellen Mittel mehr, also sollten Sie uns kostenlos helfen, zumindest bis zu unserem Sieg, wir haben weniger als ein Monat Zeit um das Urteil anzufechten.

Außerdem handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen mit über 125 Millionen Euro an Gesellschaftskapital, das der CTU (Technischer Berater des Gerichts) bestochen und eine Reihe falscher Zeugen hervorgebracht hat, so dass wir ohne die richtige Verteidigung verloren sind.

Jetzt haben wir es auch mit unfairen anhängigen Fällen zu tun und sind gezwungen, Zehntausende Euro zu zahlen, um unsere Situation nicht noch weiter zu verschlimmern und das alles für ein korruptes und ungerechtes Rechtssystem.

Was wir brauchen ist dringend finanzielle Unterstützung um aus dieser Situation herauszukommen und nur mit der Hilfe von vielen, können wir weiterleben.

Humanitarian request for urgent economic support

And the culmination comes in September 2018 with the eviction notification.

On January 21, 2019 we were thrown out with the help of law enforcement, like criminals, so we had to throw away everything we had (personal belongings, furniture, shelving, computers and goods) A further EUR 200000 is lost, and since then we have been forced to live a little here, without a home.

The case ends on 26 February 2020 unexpectedly with the victory of **** ************** ***, we are shocked because this is not possible, the reason is all on our side but we lost in the first degree, now the only chance to win and challenge the sentence and appeal for the second degree of judgment, but we would like to do so with a foreign law firm because we no longer trust the Italian legal system, superficial and corrupt, unfortunately we no longer have economic resources, so they should help us for free, at least until our victory and less than a month to be able to appeal the judgment.

The property is also very strong economically, we are talking about a company of over 125 million euros of share capital, has certainly corrupted CTU and produced a series of false witnesses, so without the proper defence we are doomed.

We are now faced with all this with unjust pending cases and we are forced to pay tens of thousands of euros not to make our situation even worse, all for a corrupt and unjust legal system.

What we need is urgent financial support because we are starving and to get out of this situation and only with the help of so many, even small we can continue to live.

Richiesta umanitaria di sostegno economico urgente

Siamo William e Milly, la vicenda inizia a gennaio del 2019, il nostro lavoro rappresentava l'unica entrata economica per noi, entrambi titolari di un bellissimo negozio di giocattoli nel centro di Bologna (Italia), purtroppo i guai iniziano a settembre 2017 con una serie di allagamenti da fogna nel negozio, da subito cerchiamo ottenere il giusto risarcimento dalla proprietà, un colosso in Italia, la ex ** ***** ***, il cui nome è **** ************** ***. Scopriamo di essere stati truffati in merito all'assicurazione che dovevano stipulare da contratto per tutelarci da ogni guaio, ma tale polizza è in effetti inesistente, e ci troviamo a subire 100mila € di perdita economica, poi seguono altri allagamenti e i danni aumentano.

Siamo quindi costretti a intentare una causa contro la proprietà, ma i danni hanno sterminato il nostro magazzino, e di conseguenza eroso le nostre capacità economiche, ben presto, a gennaio 2018 non riusciamo più a corrispondere il canone di locazione, a metà del 2018 siamo costretti a lasciare pure l'abitazione in affitto, trasferendoci di fatto nell'interrato del negozio, in condizioni igieniche spaventose.

E il culmine arriva a settembre 2018 con la notifica di sfratto.

Il 21 gennaio 2019 veniamo buttati fuori con l'ausilio delle forze dell'ordine, come dei delinquenti, abbiamo così dovuto buttare tutto ciò che avevamo (effetti personali, arredamenti, scaffalature, computer e merci) altri 200000 euro circa di perdita che sia aggiunge ai danni e da allora siamo costretti a vivere un po' qua un po' la, senza casa.

La causa termina il 26 febbraio 2020 inaspettatamente con la vittoria di **** ************** ***, rimaniamo scioccati perchè ciò non è possibile, la ragione è tutta dalla nostra parte eppure abbiamo perso in primo grado, ora l'unica possibilità di vincere e di impugnare la sentenza ed andare in appello per il secondo grado di giudizio, ma vorremmo farlo con uno studio legale straniero perchè non ci fidiamo più del sistema giuridico italiano, superficiale e corrotto, purtroppo però non abbiamo più risorse economiche, quindi dovrebbero aiutarci gratis, almeno fino alla nostra vittoria e manca meno di un mese per poter impugnare la sentenza.

La proprietà oltretutto molto forte economicamente, parliamo di una società da oltre 125milioni di euro di capitale sociale, ha sicuramente corrotto il CTU e prodotto una serie di falsi testimoni, quindi senza l'opportuna difesa siamo spacciati.

Ora ci ritroviamo a causa di tutto ciò anche con cause pendenti ingiuste e siamo costretti a pagare decine di migliaia di euro per non aggravare ancora di più la nostra situazione, tutto per un sistema legale corrotto ed ingiusto.

Quello che ci occorre è un urgente supporto economico perché stiamo facendo la fame e per uscire da questa situazione e solo con l’aiuto di tanti, anche piccolo potremo continuare a vivere.
