VISION

Il progetto sartoriale Linea Adele nasce per creare una rete di solidarietà a sostegno delle fasce più vulnerabili della città di Milano.

Costituisce un’opportunità di integrazione per giovani rifugiati politici, che possono mettere a frutto le proprie competenze passate e acquisirne di nuove, con l’obiettivo di inserirsi nel mercato lavorativo italiano.

MISSION

Una società nella quale ad ogni persona sia garantito l'accesso agli strumenti e alle opportunità necessarie per rafforzare le proprie competenze atte a consolidare la miglior prospettiva di vita possibile.

LA STORIA DELLA SARTORIA

La sartoria solidale Linea Adele nasce nel 2013 dalla volontà di realtà operanti in settori diversi, ma accomunate dal desiderio di tessere una rete di solidarietà a sostegno di persone rifugiate che vivono nella città di Milano.

IL PROGETTO

Il percorso di orientamento alla professionalità è inserito in un contesto protetto in cui le sarte e i sarti rifugiati sono accolti e sostenuti. Attraverso la creazione e realizzazione dei prodotti della Linea Adele, imparano a inserirsi nel mercato del lavoro italiano, acquisendo competenze che possono rivelarsi utili nella messa a punto di un nuovo progetto di vita nel nostro Paese.

Molte delle stoffe utilizzate sono tessuti riciclati donatici da alcuni importanti brand del Made in Italy. Tessuti che, in questo modo, acquistano senso in una seconda vita e che assicurano la qualità dei prodotti realizzati.

L’accostamento di tessuti e colori diversi asseconda la disponibilità dei materiali in sartoria e la creatività di coloro che ci lavorano, impreziosendo ogni capo, esaltandone l'artigianalità e la sapiente cura del dettaglio.

La sartoria realizza prodotti per la casa (tavola, cucina, bagno, camera da letto) e la vita quotidiana (abbigliamento, accessori), ma confeziona anche prodotti specifici in occasione di feste, comunioni, matrimoni e altri eventi.

OBIETTIVI

Linea Adele vuole configurarsi come opportunità professionale e lavorativa gratificante per giovani rifugiati politici, tramite la creazione e la commercializzazione di prodotti sartoriali diversi, all'insegna dell'etica e della solidarietà.

Obiettivo del progetto è quello di supportare persone con background migratorio nel processo di integrazione economica e sociale, dando loro la possibilità di approfondire le proprie competenze pregresse in ambito sartoriale.

Obiettivo secondario, ma non meno importante, è quello di favorire il consolidarsi di una rete di supporto socio-relazionale per persone rifugiate che iniziano una nuova vita e necessitano di un network di riferimento nella loro nuova realtà abitativa.

SUPPORT YOUNG POLITICAL REFUGEES JOB INTEGRATION

VISION

The tailoring project Linea Adele was created to promote a network of solidarity in support of the most vulnerable groups in the city of Milan.

It constitutes an opportunity for the integration of young political refugees, who can make use of their past skills and acquire new ones, with the aim of entering the Italian job market.

MISSION

A society in which every person has access to the tools and opportunities necessary to strengthen their skills in order to consolidate the best possible life perspective.

THE ORIGINS

The tailoring solidarity Linea Adele was founded in 2013 by the initiative of realities operating in different sectors, but united by the desire to weave a network of solidarity in support of refugees living in the city of Milan.

THE PROJECT

The path of orientation to professionalism is inserted in a protected context in which refugees are welcomed and supported. Through the creation and realization of the products of Linea Adele, they learn how to enter the Italian job market, acquiring skills that may prove useful in the development of a new life project in our country.

Many of the fabrics used are recycled materials donated by some important brands of Made in Italy. Fabrics that, in this way, acquire meaning in a second life and ensure the quality of the products made.

The combination of different fabrics and colors follows the availability of materials and the creativity of those who work here, embellishing each item, enhancing the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Linea Adele makes products for the home (table, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) and everyday life (clothing, accessories), but also makes specific products for parties, communions, weddings and other events.

OBJECTIVES

Linea Adele wants to configure itself as a rewarding professional and working opportunity for young political refugees, through the creation and marketing of different tailoring products, under the banner of ethics and solidarity.

The objective of the project is to support people with migratory background in the process of economic and social integration, giving them the opportunity to deepen their tailoring skills.

Secondarly, but not less important, is to encourage the consolidation of a network of social and relational support for refugees who are starting a new life and need a network of reference in their new living reality.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

With your contribution, we can cover the costs of maintaining the tailor's shop (purchase of materials, ordinary maintenance expenses, bills and costs related to the use of the space, etc.).

Your donation can make a difference and guarantee a refugee a complete training course, which will be precious to him/her in finding a job in this sector in the Italian market.
